As an interviewer you should consider a few of the most common actions potential employees  will display during a job interview.

  1. Distance Position: Notice is he or she is standing a good distance away from the hiring manager? This simply shows they are apprehensive in nature and might be holding back on something crucial.
  2. Crossed Arms. This sort of body language has being proven to indicate that he or she is not telling the truth or that they are holding something back. If your potential employee do this, press them for more information and see what falls out.
